We had a board meeting after the Walk and discovered that this was our biggest, best Walk and Auction ever! We had over 80 walk-ups in addition to the almost 200 on-line and mail-in registrations. Thanks to all of you who walked, talked, staged, danced, helped or whatever all happened to make this year's a huge success. Now let's keep TALKING TEAL!!

 Relax Your Body, Heart and Mind with Yoga
We will have a special series of classes for patients with cancer, survivors, family members and caregivers. You will be taken through a very gentle series of yoga postures that improve flexibility and relieve muscle tension. You will learn simple breathing exercises to improve lung function and reduce anxiety. We will end each class with meditation leaving you with a greater sense of peace and relaxation.
This series of classes will be offered on the following Saturdays:
Dec. 10th, Dec. 17th, Jan. 7th, Jan. 14th, Jan. 21st and Jan. 28th
11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
