How the OCAF May Use Information It Collects
The Ovarian Cancer Awareness Foundation (OCAF) will not use your personal information other than for the purpose for which it was submitted without your consent.  We use personal information to facilitate and process gifts, donations, honorariums and memorials, reply to inquiries, provide services and in program/event record keeping. You will also receive printed and electronic updates on OCAF activities and invitations to events.

 

How Your Information May Be Shared
In order to process donations, gifts, honorariums and memorials, the Ovarian Cancer Awareness Foundation (OCAF) will transfer credit card information to process contributions.  By completing a donation, honorarium/memorial, or emailing us an inquiry, you are allowing us to forward your contact information to the board member who maintains our donor and membership database, and/or the board member who will be able to respond to your inquiry. The Ovarian Cancer Awareness Foundation (OCAF) never sells or rents personal information.  When you submit a form, your credit card data is encrypted, securely transmitted to the credit card processing system for approval and redacted; no one with the Ovarian Cancer Awareness Foundation (OCAF) views or retains your credit card information.
